Julie Rake leads mind-body programming and integrative health seminars at Redefine, bringing an integrative medicine perspective alongside the clinical team. She works with individuals and groups to explore the underlying drivers of mental and emotional distress, specializing in integrative and mind-body medicine, meditation, and Ayurvedic practices, helping clients internalize their own capacity to heal.
Julie brings more than 22 years of experience to this work. She began in family medicine as a Physician Associate in 2003 and completed an Integrative Medicine Fellowship at the University of Arizona under Dr. Andrew Weil in 2015. She holds a Master of Science from A.T. Still University, is a board-certified PA-C and a Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and is a TEDx speaker.
Her mission is to optimize health and resilience by aligning mind, body, and spirit. Julie is known as a dynamic speaker and practitioner who bridges conventional medicine with holistic, root-cause healing, supporting first responders, veterans, and clients alike.
