Her work centers on trauma-informed client support, therapeutic group assistance, and child and family advocacy, drawing on nearly a decade of hands-on childcare experience to build trust and foster safety.

Grace holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Family and Human Development from Arizona State University. Before joining Redefine, she served as a Child Advocate Intern with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, supporting youth and families navigating the legal system with empathy and care.

She is passionate about mental health, trauma-informed care, and supporting individuals through wellness and healing in a structured, compassionate environment. Grace values collaboration, integrity, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to each client’s journey.
