Gigi Veasey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor, and Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist with over 27 years of clinical experience. She specializes in grief and loss, trauma, addiction recovery, self-esteem, codependency, and life transitions. Gigi is also trained in Brainspotting, a therapeutic approach used for anxiety, trauma, and fearfulness that helps restore the brain’s natural processing.

Gigi is the author of “Me After You: Surviving the Loss of a Loved One,” a book grounded in her proprietary therapeutic process, The Five Written Expressions of Grief™, developed over 40 years of working with grieving clients. She is also the founder and Executive Director of Alcohol Recovery Solutions and GNV Counseling and Consultation Services in the Phoenix area. Gigi holds a Master of Social Work from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s degree from Washington State University.
