Eryn Cloutier provides addictions counseling for adolescents and adults at Redefine, with a focus on co-occurring disorders rooted in trauma. She is certified in Brainspotting and Accelerated Resolution Therapy, modalities she uses to help clients access and release stored trauma, always in an environment that is safe, supportive, dignified, and nonjudgmental.

Eryn brings many years of experience to this work. She began in community mental health with children and went on to work in a variety of treatment facilities before transitioning to private practice in 2000. She holds a Master of Arts and is a Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor in Arizona. She was also a professor for 14 years.

Eryn believes people possess the strength to make the changes that promote healing. A lifelong learner, she is passionate about helping clients develop a personal sense of safety, build confidence, and reconnect with the world as they become the best version of themselves.
