Ellen Haines provides clinical hypnotherapy and Rapid Transformational Therapy at Redefine, along with meditation instruction, doing subconscious-level healing work with clients. She specializes in trauma and subconscious pattern work, self-sabotage and limiting beliefs, anxiety, depression, and chronic stress, helping people break free from deep-rooted cycles of trauma and mental health challenges.

Ellen is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner, as well as a Certified Restorative Hypnosis Practitioner and a Certified 1 Giant Mind Meditation Teacher. Before entering this field, she spent years in software development, and her interest in human behavior and the neuroscience of the subconscious led her to this work.

By illuminating the core experiences that shape subconscious patterns, Ellen helps clients reach the kind of breakthrough moments that allow them to rewrite their own narratives, reshaping their thoughts and, in turn, their emotions and behaviors.
