Angel Sierpina serves as Integrative Health Coach and Aftercare Coordinator at Redefine, where she designed and leads the Whole Mother @ Redefine program, an integrative maternal and postpartum wellness track. Her work centers on trauma-informed maternal and postpartum wellness, meditation and sound healing, somatic healing and nervous system regulation, and generational healing, alongside facilitating retreats for mothers and families.

Angel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Arizona State University and is a Certified Meditation Instructor. She founded Whole Mother, a trauma-informed maternal wellness program, in 2024, and completed an internship at Redefine before joining the team officially in January 2026. She has also served on the Board of the C4 Foundation.

Her path into this work grew from her own healing journey and her experience raising three adult children. Angel believes emotionally healthy mothers raise emotionally healthy children, and that maternal healing has the power to break cycles one generation at a time.
