- FAQS
Common Questions,
Honest Answers
What kind of time commitment does IOP involve, and is it flexible?
IOP typically involves 3 to 5 days per week, 3 to 5 hours per day. Many clients attend in the mornings or evenings to accommodate work or school. While consistency is important for momentum, we do our best to create a schedule that works for your life.
How long do most people participate in IOP?
The average stay is 6 to 12 weeks. Some stay longer, especially when integrating trauma or co-occurring conditions. We work with you to set short- and long-term goals and adapt the program as your capacity and needs evolve.
Is this program covered by insurance, or do I pay out of pocket?
We are an out-of-network provider but accept most PPO plans. We’ll walk you through your benefits before you begin and submit claims on your behalf. Payment plans are available as needed.
Do you offer evening or weekend programming for busy schedules?
What support is there once IOP ends?
We’ll help you build a personalized plan for what comes next—whether that’s weekly therapy, support groups, coaching, or holistic care. IOP is a chapter in your healing, not the end of it. Our team stays with you through that next phase, so you don’t have to navigate it alone.
