Brenna Gonzales provides individual trauma therapy at Redefine, working with clients through complex trauma and addiction recovery. She draws on Somatic Experiencing (SE), EMDR, and Post Induction Therapy (PIT) to help people safely access, process, and integrate trauma at a pace that respects the nervous system. Her focus includes complex trauma and PTSD, addiction and co-occurring disorders, anxiety, depression, developmental trauma, and codependency.

Brenna brings more than a decade of experience across diverse clinical settings. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona, a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), and a Certified Master Addiction Therapist (CMAT). She is also EMDR trained, DBT trained, and certified in Post Induction Therapy, and she holds a Master of Science in Counseling.

What sets Brenna apart is her ability to hold space without rushing the process. Clients describe her presence as steady and grounding. She believes healing happens through collaboration, and her goal is to help people come home to themselves and reconnect with who they are beneath the weight of what they have carried.
