Her commitment to this work is personal. Susana is in long-term recovery from addiction, and that experience shapes every decision she makes in this role. She knows what it’s like to search for help and find websites full of empty promises and stock imagery that say nothing about the care actually being provided. That frustration became a career.

With 7 years in digital marketing, Susana has built her career in high-trust industries where accuracy and credibility aren’t optional, they’re everything. She previously built the digital presence for Cornerstone Healing Center as their Director of Digital Marketing before founding Eden Digital, her consultancy specializing in digital strategy for healthcare, behavioral health, and other high-trust sectors. She brings that depth of experience to Redefine, where she has developed the site’s content infrastructure from the ground up: condition-specific treatment pages, insurance resources, interactive clinical tools, and a content system rooted in clinical accuracy and the team’s real expertise.

For Susana, the work comes down to one thing: making sure Redefine’s digital presence reflects the same quality, depth, and intention that clients experience when they walk through the door. Susana holds a Bachelor of Theology from Grand Canyon University. Outside of work, she’s a wife, mom of five, and dog mom of two.
