Kayla is an MSW candidate who provides a compassionate, trauma-informed, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment where clients feel supported in exploring their experiences, gaining insight, and developing practical strategies for lasting change. Her approach is strengths-based, collaborative, and solution-focused, drawing from evidence-based practices to support emotional regulation, resilience, and improved psychological functioning. Kayla works alongside clients to increase self-awareness, access internal resources, and navigate challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
Prior to entering clinical practice, Kayla built a successful career in New York City working in institutional fundraising and development for international nonprofit organizations. In this role, she partnered with foundations and organizational leaders to support initiatives serving individuals and families navigating high-conflict environments and complex life circumstances. These experiences deepened her understanding of human resilience and continue to inform her belief that every individual possesses inherent strengths and the capacity for meaningful growth and healing.
As a mother, Kayla brings warmth, authenticity, and presence into her clinical work, along with an appreciation for the emotional complexity individuals face across different roles and life stages. She is committed to creating a supportive space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered in their healing process.
