Brenna Gonzales has spent more than a decade walking alongside individuals navigating complex trauma, addiction recovery, and the kind of deep emotional work that changes lives. Her path has taken her through diverse clinical settings and communities, shaping a practice rooted in both clinical expertise and genuine human connection.
Brenna’s approach centers on the body and its wisdom. She draws from Somatic Experiencing® (SE®), EMDR, and Post Induction Therapy (PIT) to help clients safely access, process, and integrate trauma, always at a pace that respects the nervous system rather than overwhelming it.
Every session is shaped around the individual: their history, their needs, and their vision for healing.
What sets Brenna apart is her ability to hold space without rushing the process. Clients describe her presence as steady and grounding—the kind of calm that makes it possible to explore painful experiences without feeling alone in them. She believes healing happens through collaboration, not intervention, and works to help clients rediscover the strength and resilience they already carry.
Her ultimate goal is simple but profound: helping people come home to themselves. To rebuild trust in their instincts, find balance after chaos, and reconnect with who they are beneath the weight of what they’ve been through.
