Angel Sierpina holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Integrative Health and Personal Health from Arizona State University. She is a Certified Meditation Instructor and the Founder of Whole Mother, a trauma-informed maternal wellness program she created in 2024 to support mothers in ways she wished had been available.
Through her own healing journey alongside her husband, and as a grateful mom to three wonderful adults who are her favorite people, Angel discovered a profound truth: emotionally healthy mothers raise emotionally healthy children—the kind of children who will heal the world, one generation at a time. This revelation led her back to school in 2021 to deepen her understanding of how generational trauma shapes our world and how maternal healing can break those cycles.
Angel has served on the Board of the C4 Foundation, which supports active-duty Navy SEALs and their families. She continues to facilitate healing retreats and cohorts for C4, alongside her own Whole Mother Retreats, bringing trauma-informed care to service members and their loved ones.
During her final semester at ASU, Angel completed a three-month internship at Redefine Wellness & Treatment Center and immediately knew she had found her home—a place that integrates clinical care with holistic healing, honors complexity without pathologizing, and empowered her to create the trauma-informed maternal wellness programming she envisioned. She officially joined the Redefine team in January 2026 as Integrative Health Coach and Aftercare Coordinator, where she designed the Whole Mother @ Redefine program—an integrative maternal and postpartum wellness track that honors the wholeness of every mother who walks through the door.
Angel is called to work with mothers at every stage—helping them see that their healing enriches not only their own journey but transforms generations, ends cycles that no longer serve us, and births the healed, compassionate world we all carry in our hearts
