Jacqueline “Grace” Rogers

Grace is a Behavioral Health Technician with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Minor in Family & Human Development from Arizona State University. She brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to her work, drawing on her experience as Child Advocate Intern with the Maricopa County Attorneys Office, where she supported youth and families navigating the legal system with empathy and care.

At Redefine, Grace plays a vital role in both clinical and administrative support. She assists with therapeutic groups, monitors client well-being, and neurofeedback. Grace Brings nearly a decade of hands-on childcare experience, enhancing her ability to build trust and foster safety in clinical settings.

Grace is passionate about mental health, trauma-informed care, and supporting individuals through wellness and healing in a structured, compassionate environment. She values collaboration, integrity, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to each client’s journey.
