The experience can be adapted to suit any mobility level. We use props like blocks, bolster bags, and blankets to provide a comfortable experience.
How is Yin Yoga different from regular yoga?
Yin Yoga focuses on holding poses for longer periods, usually 3-5 minutes, to allow deep stretching and release, compared to more dynamic, fast-paced yoga styles.
Will the meditation be guided throughout?
