What is neurofeedback?

Neurofeedback (a.k.a. How does it work?

Your Neurofeedback journey starts with a 1.5-hour session, including an initial assessment to develop your personalized protocol, followed by your first neurofeedback session. All subsequent sessions will be 1 hour and include:

  1. Sensor Placement: Non-invasive sensors are placed on your scalp based on your protocol. These sensors monitor brain activity—no energy comes into your brain.

  2. Real-Time Feedback: You receive visual or audio cues as your brainwave activity is monitored, helping your brain learn to self-regulate.

Pricing

Neurofeedback is a training process, and like any skill, consistent practice leads to the best results. While some clients notice improvements within a few sessions, completing a series of at least 10 sessions is highly recommended to allow your brain to fully adapt and create lasting positive changes.
