Laura Ramos, Co-founder
Laura Ramos is the Co-founder of Redefine Wellness and Treatment and a partner at Maui Healing Retreat. With decades of experience in the mental health and wellness field, she has dedicated her career to guiding individuals through profound healing and personal transformation. As a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and a Brain Health Coach trained by the Amen Clinics, Laura integrates cutting-edge neuroscience-based treatments with a deeply compassionate and heart-centered approach.
Laura is a highly gifted trauma coach with an exceptional ability to create a safe and nurturing environment for those seeking recovery. Her extensive expertise in trauma, brain health, and holistic wellness allows her to develop personalized strategies that empower individuals to reclaim their lives. She is driven by an unwavering commitment to helping others, ensuring that each client receives the highest level of care, support, and guidance.
Her work is rooted in integrity, empathy, and a profound understanding of the mind-body connection. Daniel Petersen, Co-founder
Dan Petersen brings over a decade of experience in the mental health and healing field to his role as Co-Founder of Redefine Wellness. His passion for this work is deeply rooted in his own personal healing journey. Having faced challenges with depression, PTSD, and chronic pain, Dan understands firsthand the profound impact mental health struggles can have on individuals and their families.
This personal insight fuels his commitment to helping others find hope and healing. Dan specializes in working with individuals suffering from mental health challenges and trauma, drawing on both his professional expertise and compassionate understanding to guide them toward recovery.
In his career, Dan has served as a consultant, treatment placement specialist, and business owner, dedicated to creating innovative solutions for those in need. At Redefine Wellness, he and his team provide neuroscience-based therapies, holistic approaches, and comprehensive support to ensure clients receive the care they deserve.

Dr. Michael Yasinski MD
Trauma-Informed Psychiatrist | Integrative Mental Health Specialist
Dr. Michael Yasinski MD is a relational focused psychiatrist with a passion uncovering and treating underlying trauma and root causes of mental illness. With over 13 years of clinical experience, he combines traditional psychiatric methods with innovative approaches to fosterhealing for his patients.
After earning his medical degree from the University of Arizona, Dr. Yasinski completed his residency in psychiatry at The Ohio State University. He has special interest in using nutritionalmodalities to cultivate core healing for people. He has also completed 2.5 years of a 3 year program in Somatic Experiencing, a trauma therapeutic modality that helps individuals process and release trauma stored in the body, allowing for deeper emotional healing.
In his practice, Dr. Yasinski employs a multifaceted approach that includes medication management, nutritional intervention, psychotherapy and ketamine therapy. He recognizes that each individual’s journey is unique and works collaboratively with his patients and other trauma therapist colleagues to develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs.

Lindsey Dunning, PMHNP-BC
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Lindsey Dunning is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who combines clinical expertise with genuine compassion. She is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment where individuals feel heard, valued, and empowered in their healing journey.
As a U.S. Army Veteran, Lindsey brings a deep understanding of the unique emotional challenges faced by service members, first responders, and their families. She is especially passionate about supporting these communities, as well as women navigating major life transitions, burnout, or the aftermath of trauma.
Lindsey takes a collaborative and integrative approach to care, honoring each client’s unique story and tailoring treatment to meet their needs. She provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and trauma-informed support, while thoughtfully incorporating both traditional and emerging treatment modalities—including integrative psychiatry, complementary medicine, and psychedelic-informed care.
She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Saint Louis University and completed her post-master’s certification in Psychiatric-Mental Health at Wilkes University. Lindsey has also received advanced training in integrative psychiatry and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy through Polaris Insight Center.
Above all, Lindsey’s mission is to help individuals reconnect with themselves—cultivating a deeper sense of peace, resilience, and wholeness. She approaches each session with warmth, curiosity, and unwavering support.

Tina.Buck, PhD, LPC, BCN
Dr. Tina S. Buck is a three-time graduate of the University of Arizona, having completed all her traditional campus studies in special education and rehabilitation. Her published dissertation research explored the influence of worldviews on health care choices for people with chronic pain. She minored in health education with an emphasis on spirituality in medicine. Dr. Buck values her formal education as well as her “rich and varied life experience” that contributes to authentic client connection and compassionate care.
Dr. Buck is a Licensed Professional Counselor in both Arizona and Texas. She is Board Certified in Neurofeedback and is an Amen University Certified Brain Health Professional. Dr. Buck has been involved in most aspects of the mental health field since 1991. Dr. Buck brings a combination of being an educator and a seasoned clinician to her integrative health perspective. She enjoys public speaking and encouraging the mental health field to catch up to 21st century client care. Dr. Tina Buck has a long-standing commitment to community service, including facilitating support groups for women and homicide survivors, advocating for veterans’ health and mental health initiatives, and serving on advisory boards focused on alternative medicine and environmental health.
Dr. Buck has worked remotely with hundreds of neurofeedback home user clients since 2012. She applies this unique experience to empowering clients to effectively use neuro-technology and other biohacking devices to optimize their own nervous system. She brings her full professional and personal life experience to Redefine Wellness & Treatment where she can express her deep passion and appreciation for what is possible in healing.

Lauri Pagano, LMSW
Currently an LCSW candidate, Lauri has completed training in Polyvagal Theory, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training), and group facilitation. Lauri draws on tools from Motivational Interviewing and other client-centered approaches to support engagement, motivation, and personal growth.
Lauri has extensive experience working with teens, adults, and families, including those living with serious mental illness (SMI). She is especially skilled in helping individuals navigate moments of emotional intensity, crisis, and dysregulation with compassion and calm. Her grounded, relational approach supports clients in developing emotional regulation strategies, strengthening communication, and building healthy boundaries and relationships.
Throughout her career, Lauri has been committed to trauma-informed care and is passionate about helping individuals reconnect with their inherent resilience and capacity to heal. In addition to individual therapy, she is experienced in group work and aspires to continue deepening her
training in holistic, trauma-sensitive approaches.
Drawing inspiration from the heart-centered, integrative ethos of Redefine Wellness & Treatment, Lauri believes that healing is not a destination—but a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and meaningful connection.

Brenna Gonzales, LPC, SEP, CMAT
Brenna is a compassionate therapist with over a decade of experience in a variety of settings working with diverse populations. Specializing in trauma-informed care, she works with clients to identify and heal from trauma in ways that promote lasting healing and transformation.
Utilizing a variety of approaches such as Somatic Experiencing® (SE®), EMDR, and Post Induction Therapy (PIT), just to name a few, Brenna customizes each session to meet the unique needs of her clients. She fosters a collaborative and supportive environment where clients can explore their strengths, address their challenges, and work toward a place of peace and self-discovery.
With a deep commitment to guiding individuals on their healing journey, Brenna’s approach is focused on restoring balance and helping clients reconnect with their authentic selves.

Natalie Wallace, CHC, CLC, RYT
Natalie brings a compassionate and holistic approach to wellness, weaving together a variety of proven techniques to guide her clients toward balance and fulfillment. With credentials as a health coach, life coach, yoga teacher, guided meditation and breathwork facilitator, Reiki practitioner, and neurofeedback practitioner, she tailors her approach to each individual's unique journey, creating personalized pathways to healing and growth.
Her work focuses on reducing stress, fostering clarity, and uncovering joy by addressing the interconnected aspects of the whole person. Drawing on practices like intuitive guidance, nature immersion, mindful eating, coaching, and energy work, Natalie helps clients release limiting beliefs and align with their authentic selves. Having traveled and lived in several countries, she’s gained insights from diverse cultural practices, enriching her ability to help clients see how simple it can be to align with their true selves and access inner joy effortlessly.
Natalie helps clients unlock new ways of thinking, transforming emotional responses and embracing a deeper sense of peace and possibility. Her guidance invites them to deepen self-connection, uncover hidden strengths, and gain clarity about who they truly are. Natalie’s approach is deeply informed by her experiences overcoming childhood trauma. By integrating her expertise with genuine empathy, she supports clients in designing joy-filled lives that reflect their true potential. Her sessions inspire transformation, connection, and a vibrant foundation for lasting well-being.

Gigi Veasey, LCSW, LISAC, CCBT
Having worked with thousands of patients and clients across the United States, Gigi Veasey, LCSW, LISAC, CCBT, is a Psychotherapist, Grief Expert, Author and Consultant in private practice in Phoenix, Arizona. Over the last 40 years, Gigi has worked in hospitals, inpatient treatment facilities, and with families and organizations helping individuals manage their experiences with grief and loss. She shares her expertise and passion for this subject through lectures, intensive workshops, and private one-on-one sessions, and helps individuals understand that while grief and loss can create foundational changes in their lives, there is always hope for growth and healing.
Gigi brought this important topic to several residential treatment facilities as a three-day intensive workshop, where for the last eight years, she has engaged with the patients to help them understand the significance of a wide range of losses, and griefs impact on mental health, sobriety and connection with others. She published her first book on the subject: “Me After You: Surviving The Loss of a Loved One” in September 2021.
Ms. Veasey is also the founder of Alcohol Recovery Solutions where, for the last 25 years, she has helped those struggling with substance use find their way through addiction, depression, anxiety, and trauma to rediscover self and move toward a hopeful, full life. In her private practice, her expertise is in working alongside clients to see their true potential beyond their barriers such as anxiety, co-dependency, and self- esteem issues and unresolved/complicated grief

Joe Langheim, LMHC, LPC, CTT, Therapist
Eighteen years ago, at just 22 years old, Joe found himself sitting in a therapist’s office, feeling completely alone and lost. He didn’t want to be there, but he was too scared to be anywhere else. That pivotal experience became one of the most transformative moments of his life—a catalyst that set him on a journey of self-discovery and ultimately helped him find his purpose. Today, as a therapist, Joe strives to provide his clients with a similar opportunity to uncover their own power and create meaningful change.
Joe is deeply committed to helping clients rediscover their inner strength and sense of purpose. By fostering a loving connection rooted in respect, clear boundaries, and appreciation, he creates a safe space for growth and healing. Many of Joe’s clients have faced challenges with trust, intimacy, and connection. Witnessing them rebuild these essential aspects of life and incorporate them into their relationships moves him deeply. It’s moments like these that remind him why he chose this path. For Joe, therapy is more than a profession; it’s a calling. With over 16 years of experience in the mental health field, Joe brings a well-rounded and dynamic approach to therapy. He is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Trauma Therapist, Certified Breathworker, and Reiki Master. Licensed to practice therapy in Arizona, Florida, Missouri, and Washington, Joe’s holistic approach addresses the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—to promote lasting healing and transformation.

Jacqueline "Grace" Rogers, B.S., BHT
Grace is a Behavioral Health Technician with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Minor in Family & Human Development from Arizona State University. She brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to her work, drawing on her experience as Child Advocate Intern with the Maricopa County Attorneys Office, where she supported youth and families navigating the legal system with empathy and care.
At Redefine, Grace plays a vital role in both clinical and administrative support. She assists with therapeutic groups, monitors client well-being, and neurofeedback. Grace Brings nearly a decade of hands-on childcare experience, enhancing her ability to build trust and foster safety in clinical settings.
Grace is passionate about mental health, trauma-informed care, and supporting individuals through wellness and healing in a structured, compassionate environment. She values collaboration, integrity, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to each client's journey.

Ellen Haines, C HYP, RTT
Ellen Haines is a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner dedicated to empowering individuals to break free from deep-rooted cycles of trauma, mental health challenges, and self-sabotage. As a Certified Restorative Hypnosis Practitioner and a Certified 1 Giant Mind Meditation Teacher, Ellen integrates powerful hypnotherapy techniques with profound meditation practices to foster transformative healing at a subconscious level.
Her approach is anchored in the belief that understanding the origin of our subconscious patterns is a powerful catalyst for change. By illuminating the core experiences that shape these patterns, Ellen facilitates "A-ha" moments that empower her clients to rewrite their narratives. This deep comprehension, coupled with strategic subconscious work, enables individuals to reshape their thoughts and, consequently, their emotions and behaviors.
Before embarking on her transformative journey in hypnotherapy, Ellen Haines spent years in the software development industry. Her deep interest in human behavior, spirituality, and the neuroscience of the subconscious propelled her towards a profound engagement with meditation and the mechanisms of the mind. This exploration was the catalyst for her shift to hypnotherapy, where she now leverages her past experiences and skills to address and heal complex emotional and psychological patterns.

Eryn Cloutier, LAC
Eryn Cloutier is a licensed addictions counselor and educator who works with adolescents and adults. She began her career many years ago working in community mental health with children and over the years worked in a variety of treatment facilities with adolescents and adults. In 2000, Eryn transitioned to private practice. Eryn specializes in co-occurring disorders with a primary focus on trauma. She is certified in Brainspotting and Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
Eryn believes that people possess the strength to make changes that will promote healing. Her expertise lies in the ability to empower people who have survived trauma in an environment that is safe, supportive, dignified and non-judgmental. You will learn to develop your personal sense of safety, increase confidence, and connect with the world.
Eryn was also a professor for 14 years. She enjoys educating and training. Eryn is a life-long learner who continues to explore and diversify her abilities to help others and is passionate about guiding and supporting individuals in their journey to become the best version of themselves.

Corey Snowden
Corey Snowden is a dedicated and compassionate clinical EFT practitioner who specializes in guiding her clients to address emotional challenges, manage stress, and achieve personal transformation. She combines knowledge and skill-building with intuition, experience, and empathy. This unique blend allows Corey to offer an effective and exceptionally kind approach to managing stress, anxiety, burnout, depression, and chronic pain.
Corey is currently working on her advanced certification, further enhancing her expertise in the field. Through this continuing coursework with trauma experts and staying current with the latest trauma methodologies, Corey’s skillful work helping others work on changing unhealthy coping patterns, often because of unresolved past traumas, is effective and people often report feeling much better in a short time. She provides a safe place to explore and reconnect with areas of your life that may have been buried along the way and helps develop personalized, relevant goals to achieve changes that support a healthier, more fulfilling lifestyle.
